David has over 20 years’ experience in the security/investigative field as well as Resident Concierge and Property Management. Mr. Rey developed his professional career in the corporate arena as well as developed his own security consulting business where he has been involved in numerous criminal investigative procedures working with such notable figures as Bo Deitl, Joe Finn and Peter Christiansen. Mr. Rey has also had extensive experience in the retail and construction industries having provided security strategies, training and implementation for retail clients such as The Gap, Limited, Victoria’s Secret, Lerner Stores, Foot Locker and Express.

Danny has a very diverse background managing class A hotels, residential rental apartments, co-op’s and condos ranging from 200 units to 1200 units and overseeing staff from 10 employees to 95 employees. Danny has great attention to detail along with high ethics in his work habits. He makes it a priority to ensure the comfort, security, and wellbeing of his residents. Danny’s experience in construction, demolition, law enforcement, firefighting, and involvement in numerous organizations have given him the expertise to handle any and all challenges that arise in managing properties of all sizes, while always making the resident a priority.

Liren is the managing partner of Wei, Wei & Co., LLP, a 75-person firm with seven partners with offices in Queens, New York and Los Angeles, California. Wei, Wei & Co., LLP is the largest Chinese owned Certified Public Accounting firm in the United States.The firm is registered with the PCAOB. Liren has over 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing. As the managing partner, he is responsible for the overall administration of the firm. In addition, he serves as the audit engagement partner on both private and publicly traded companies. His clients cover a wide range of businesses and industries, including agriculture, broker dealers, government, import and export, not-for-profit, and technology.

Robinson Rodriguez Onsite Manager

Robinson holds a degree in Business Administration and has over 10 years of experience working in residential buildings within the New York City area. Some of these skyscrapers include The Avery at 100 Riverside Blvd, The Rushmore at 80 Riverside Blvd, The Residences at 400 Fifth Avenue, Arcadia LIC, and Arcadia 27. His wide experience goes from back of the house, maintenance procedures, security, front of the house, concierge, guest and resident services to the administrative and management fields. He specializes in team management, customer service and human relations.

Heein Kim Onsite Manager

Heein has 10 years’ experience in the Security/Intelligence field, as well as Resident Concierge and Property Management. He started his career in the South Korean military service handling intelligence, monitoring any potential risks/security breaches, and managing the daily operations at the Risk Management Center. In order to maintain the best service, he engaged continuously with vendors, contractors, and brokers. He also used his managerial skills to assist the residential manager and property manager in providing smooth operations.

She brings a critical marketing component to the property management team by supporting low vacancy in rental buildings and lead generation and qualification for resales.
