“Analysis of building security cameras showed increased traffic of guests with suitcases in and out of a studio unit. Makon Management investigated the FAB entry security pictures and found evidence the tenant was allowing short term sublets of the unit. Makon Management promptly confronted the tenant and alerted the owner’s real estate agent, who in turn informed the owner. The owner contacted the tenant, who moved out for violating the condo book.”
